U-Bolt

U-bolts are U-shaped threaded fasteners designed to secure pipes, tubes, or round objects to support structures. They consist of a curved section with threaded ends, used in conjunction with nuts and washers to provide stable clamping. U-bolts are widely used in piping systems where vibration resistance, load support, and secure positioning are required.

They are essential in applications involving pipe supports, structural attachments, and mechanical installations, especially in demanding industrial environments.

Types of U-Bolts
  • Round Bend U-Bolt: For pipes and circular sections
  • Square Bend U-Bolt: For square or rectangular supports
  • Semi-Round U-Bolt: For specialized clamping requirements
  • Long Tangent U-Bolt: Extended legs for deeper mounting
  • U-Bolt with Plate (U-Clamp): Includes saddle plate for uniform load distribution
